Sometimes what we serve to others, is exactly what we want for ourselves. Recently, I’ve been craving points of stillness and silence in my meditation. But rather than finding it alone - and trying desperately to be quiet - I wanted to be guided into a short burst of stillness - to get present, find that inner calm and just be. The more we can hone our practice to focus on stillness, calm and quiet the body and mind - the more we can call the practice into our every day lives and weather the every day storms. And so … in pursuit of trying to find a short meditation that supported me, I decided to create one myself. So here it is to share with you too. Do let me know how you find it.
