Delighted to get back to ‘face to face’ in person Yoga Day Retreats in a purpose built yoga shala in a beautiful country garden in Ascot. Treat yourself to a Restorative Retreat - exploring Hatha Yoga, Yin/Restorative Yoga, breath work, (Pranayama), Meditation and the deeply relaxing benefits of Yoga Nidra.

£85 PER RETREAT 1pm-6pm (fully inclusive of all yoga sessions, snacks, refreshments and a delicious veggie/vegan meze to enjoy at the end of the practice - and of course, your Goody Bag).

There will be home-made snacks at approx 3pm and then a delicious home-made vegan/veggie meze to enjoy together after the practice. A selection of herbal teas and water will be available throughout the day. Everything is prepared and ready for you - all you need to bring is your lovely self. The experience in detail


The Yoga Day Retreat opens with a wonderful upbeat and energising Hatha Vinyasa Flow practice. For those that don’t know what I’m talking about 😉- don’t worry, it’s a revitalising blend of movement, stretch, strengthening and breathing - adapted to whether you’re a beginner or well practiced.

We then break for a light 'clean' snack and cup of yogi tea before we gather to explore some cleansing and relaxing Pranayama breathing practices with light meditation. 

Feeling relaxed, we'll take our time to unravel and release with a slower restorative yin yoga session - giving ourselves time to find some stillness and let the breath do it’s work on replenishing our bodies and minds.

We’ll close our practice with a deeply relaxing guided Yoga Nidra, (yogic sleep!), a restorative and deeply nourishing practice.

Following our practice, we'll end the Retreat by eating together and discussing the day - whilst enjoying a delicious ‘home made’ 'Vegetarian / Vegan Meze Supper'.  

Agenda:

  • 60 minute dynamic and rejuvenating flow. (There’ll be modifications for beginners and the more advanced - ensuring the practice suits everyone).

  • 15 minute break: Following our practice, we’ll break for 15 minutes - (healthy snack time*).

  • 30 minute breath-work: Exploring the power of pranayama.

  • 60 minute yin/restorative yoga practice: Slowing down our practice to focus on getting present and deep release.

  • 30 minute meditation / yoga nidra - final relaxation: The ultimate deep yogic sleep to allow you and your body to absorb all of your practice, restore, replenish and nourish mind, body and spirit.

  • Vegetarian / Vegan Meze ‘Early Supper’

PLUS… some added treats:

  • Goody bag: You’ll receive your very own 'Relaxing Roller Blend' of essential oils to take away with you, so as you float-off home, restored and replenished in mind, body and soul - you can retain that sense of peace.  Bliss!

LOCATION AND DETAILS

Venue: The Yoga Studio - Broadlands Farm, Bagshot Rd, Ascot SL5 9JN (A beautiful purpose built yoga studio).

£85.00 per retreat. (Includes all yoga, resources, relaxing oil blend and all refreshments and meze).

Beginners very welcome. There will be modifications and different options for all levels of practice.

Spaces limited to max 7 people. (Minimum 6 people required to run the retreat).

Full payment is required to confirm your place. Your booking fee is non-refundable. However, I am happy for you to find someone to take your spot if you can no longer make it.
