I am delighted to have progressed as a qualified yoga teacher 7 years ago - to now have received the Yoga Alliance accreditation of ‘Experienced Yoga Teacher’.
It’s wonderful to continually improve my practice - and I remain dedicated to my classes, students, retreats and continuous learning.
As part of my continuous learning, I’m about to embark on a Menopause Training Course in February at YogaCampus with Petra Coveney. As my body and energies have changed over the past 5 to 6 years, my yoga practice has seen some changes too - and so I am keen to learn how to better adapt my teaching and classes to support others, as they too manage the challenges and shifts of peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause. If you’re a woman, it happens, there’s no getting away from it. BUT, the good news is that there is lots of support, advice and of course, yoga - to see us through.
